Nothing is better than fresh guacamole when you're eating something spicy. It's easy to whip together in a matter of minutes and quickly tames anything that's too spicy. —Joan Hallford, North Richland Hills, Texas

"If you don't plan on eating the guac right away, I highly recommend 2 tips. 1. Rinse the chopped onions in water before adding to the guac - otherwise it will overpower it. 2. Add the pit of one avocado to the guac and cover it with plastic wrap so the wrap touches the surface of the guac. It will last much longer this way."

"LOVED the fact that this is so simple and that the flavor of the avocado is not overpowered by any other ingredients! Love chunky avocado and lime! Reminds me of Chipotle!"
