Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup grenadine syrup
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half cream
  • 1-1/2 cups club soda, chilled
  • Ice cubes

1 serving equals 220 calories, 3 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 15 mg cholesterol, 67 mg sodium, 46 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 1 g protein.

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine grenadine and cream; cover and process until blended. Stir in club soda; serve immediately over ice. Yield: 2 servings.
