THIS is a moist delicious snack cake, so good that icing is not necessary. Sometimes my husband puts a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top with a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Either way, it always satisfies our sweet tooth. -Debi Peschka, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

"Super-quick, easy to make and very delicious. I used Hershey's Special Dark cocoa in mine and tossed in a handful of chocolate chips. Excellent if you're really craving something chocolate-y."

"I have made this countless times - quick and delicious. We also make whoopie pie filling for it sometimes (not the marshmallow kind), and call it whoopie cake - tastes very similar to a whoopie pie, and less labor intensive."

"Made it and it was moist and delicious. I added less sugar because my husband prefers it that way and he really enjoyed it. Served it with raspberry syrup and whipped cream. Definitely a keeper !"
