"Great candy to take to a Holiday party! Followed the recipe, easy to assemble and looked elegant. Makes a wonderful gift or to be passed around at a party. Claasic recipe and a classic taste!"

"If only I had followed the recipe? Instead, my vanilla wafer box was 11 oz. rather than the 12 oz. of the recipe. Also, because I like rum, I followed another reviewer who doubled the recipe's amount. Ugh, way too strong for me! I had to throw the rum balls away. I will try this again, but I'll stick to the success stories of the original ingredients."

"I have made this basic recipe for several years. This time I followed the changes suggested by Cruella747 and I am very pleased with the finished product. They will go on the Christmas cookie plates that I give away."

"I have the same recipe, made them for the first time this year. EXCELLENT! Everyone that tasted them requested more for next year! I too will double or maybe even triple the recipe. The only difference is I used 1/2c Dark Rum and only 2 Tbls corn syrup."
