- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- Combine all ingredients; brush over turkey skin before roasting. Yield: enough for a 14- to 16-pound turkey.

"The rub kept the turkey moist. However, there was not much flavor to the rub."
