Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Use to marinate beef. Yield: 1/2 cup.
