A classic mule with a tropical twist.
- 1-1/2 oz. vodka
- 2 oz. DOLE® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 3 oz. ginger beer
- Combine vodka, pineapple juice, and lime juice in a cocktail glass or copper mug with ice.
- Top with ginger beer and stir. Yield: 1 serving
