Ham & Pickle Wraps Recipe
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 teaspoons spicy ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 slices deli ham
- 2 whole dill pickles
- 1. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and dressing mix. Spread over ham slices. Place a pickle on each ham slice. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm. Cut each wrap into six slices. Yield: 1 dozen.
6 slices equals 137 calories, 10 g fat (6 g saturated fat), 41 mg cholesterol, 1,113 mg sodium, 5 g carbohydrate, 0 fiber, 6 g protein.

"I've made this exact recipe (with a couple of modifications) for years and we've always loved them & they're always a huge hit!!! I've always made them using Granulated Garlic and Onion Powders and S/P. The Ranch Dressing Mix would actually make it much easier....so I like that part of your version better.However, a KEY STEP in what I do is, that I lay out the Ham and Pickles on paper towel the night before to try and wick out some of their moisture...thus, not making the Ham & Pickle Wrap too wet once assembled. I've forgotten to do this and I find it to make a big difference. Good luck and happy eating...they're AWESOME!!!!"

"I have used this receipe and changed it up by not using the ranch dressing mix, but substituting with dried minced garlic, minced onion, and dill weed. I have also used 8 oz. of Cream Cheese and a jar of dill pickles drained, for a larger party. Always very easy to make and even better if made at least a day before."
