I decided to try this recipe on my card club, and it was a big success. They loved it. The recipe can be swapped around and changed in so many different ways and always turns out as an awesome appetizer or great-looking centerpiece over a hand of cards.

"I've made this exact recipe (with a couple of modifications) for years and we've always loved them & they're always a huge hit!!! I've always made them using Granulated Garlic and Onion Powders and S/P. The Ranch Dressing Mix would actually make it much easier....so I like that part of your version better.

However, a KEY STEP in what I do is, that I lay out the Ham and Pickles on paper towel the night before to try and wick out some of their moisture...thus, not making the Ham & Pickle Wrap too wet once assembled. I've forgotten to do this and I find it to make a big difference. Good luck and happy eating...they're AWESOME!!!!"

"Made these for a Christmas party and they were gobbled up so fast, I wished I had made more. I made 19 different appetizers for this party and this was the one I got the most asks for the recipe. Thanks!"
