Seasoned with butter, Parmesan cheese and parsley, Grilled Corn in Husks is especially good. Be sure to give the ears a long soak before putting them on the grill. Hot off the grate, the kernels are moist and tender with a wonderful, sweet flavor.

"Delicious and different. I served this with the Spicy barbecued chicken in the same issue."

"Though the corn was very tender after grilling, I found that buttering and seasoning the ears before soaking caused all the butter and seasonings to rinse away. I would definitely save this step for after grilling."
