I don't really like cabbage, but I fixed this recipe and couldn't believe how good it was! We threw some burgers on the grill and our dinner was complete. I never thought I'd skip dessert because I was full from eating too much cabbage! —Elizabeth Wheeler, Thornville, Ohio

"I used a suggestion from another review, and I sliced the cabbage somewhat thin. I also baked it in the oven. This is a great way to serve cabbage."

"Made the recipe as written. The only thing I did different was cook it on the grill about 15 min longer than suggested because we like our cabbage more soft. I will definitely make this again! It's delicious and easy!"

"And if you don't have a grill, this is just about as good fixed in a hot oven! I have to say - I agree wholeheartedly with the person who said in an earlier review: if a person changes the recipe, they shouldn't rate the original!"

"I don't usually give any recipe a 1 star. but this was awful and I do love cabbage. I cooked it on a charcoal grill and after 20 min. it was still very under cooked, I let it stay for another 30 mins., and It was tender done. I couldn't wait to try it, but was very disappointed. Unless I did something horribly wrong, I don't know how this recipe got 9 outstanding ratings."

"This is so scrumptious. I did it exactly as the recipe states and can see no way to improve upon it. The onions and cabbage taste so sweet."

"In my opinion, a recipe shouldn't even be rated if changes are made to the recipe. That being said, I followed the instructions to a T and it is absolutely positively delicious!!"

"I do it in the oven all the time !  About 450 degrees, and I slice my wedges quite thin. Drizzle with the recipe ingredients and bake til the edges are about great flavor !!  The blacker the better as far as we're concerned !  About 20 - 25 minutes."

"We don't grill anymore due to apartment living--could this be done in the oven?"
