I love to top green salads with this slightly sweet, simple-to-fix dressing. My grandchildren request it all the time!
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 6 cups torn salad greens
- 3 green onions, sliced
- In a bowl, whisk the first six ingredients. In a salad bowl, combine greens and onions. Drizzle with 1/3 cup dressing; toss to coat. Store leftover dressing in the refrigerator. Yield: 6 servings (1 cup dressing).
