Greek Loaf Recipe

"My father and I love Greek food, so we developed this recipe that features feta cheese and olives," explains Melanie Parker of Gloucester, Ontario. "Zesty slices dress up any meal, and leftovers make great salad croutons.

"I have used this recipe many times. I found it in a Taste of Home Magazine and decided to try it. I am always looking for different ways to make bread. The recipe sounded "yummy" and I had the ingredients on hand.

My husband is a little cautious when it comes to trying new things but one bite and he was in love with it. He even asks me to make it when its been a while since I made some. I am going to make some tomorrow morning"
