Grape Sherbet Recipe
- 1-3/4 cups grape juice
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1-3/4 cups half-and-half cream
- 1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Fill cylinder of ice cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Transfer sherbet freezer container, allowing headspace for expansion. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Yield: 1 quart.

"This sherbet is delicious. I increased the juice to 2 cups, the sugar to 2/3 cup and the cream to 2 cups. This was just so it made a bit more at one time in my ice cream freezer. I have also made it with 5% light cream with good results if you're looking to cut a bit of fat!"
