My husband, two daughters and I first enjoyed this refreshing treat at our friends' house. They graciously shared the recipe after we all raved about it. The sherbet is always popular at ice cream socials.

"This sherbet is delicious. I increased the juice to 2 cups, the sugar to 2/3 cup and the cream to 2 cups. This was just so it made a bit more at one time in my ice cream freezer. I have also made it with 5% light cream with good results if you're looking to cut a bit of fat!"

"This is yummy. My husband and I are always looking for something sweet and healthy. It is especially good on a muggy day when you need something cool to quench your thirst."
