Granola Sundaes Recipe

- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- Ice cream
- 1. In a bowl, combine oats and brown sugar. Stir in peanut butter and butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over ice cream. Yield: 2 cups topping.
2 tablespoons equals 94 calories, 5 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 8 mg cholesterol, 50 mg sodium, 11 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 2 g protein.
