- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- Ice cream
- In a bowl, combine oats and brown sugar. Stir in peanut butter and butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over ice cream. Yield: 2 cups topping.
