Grandma's Apple Salad Recipe

I can still remember my grandmother preparing this succulent was her trademark. So I was thrilled when she passed this precious recipe on to me.
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 15 min. YIELD:10-12 servings


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 tart apples, diced
  • 1-1/2 cups sliced celery
  • 1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup salted peanuts


  • 1. In a bowl, stir mayonnaise, milk and sugar until smooth. Add apples, celery and marshmallows. Just before serving, stir in peanuts. Yield: 10-12 servings.
