Grandma's Apple Salad
I can still remember my grandmother preparing this succulent salad...it was her trademark. So I was thrilled when she passed this precious recipe on to me.

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 5 tart apples, diced
- 1-1/2 cups sliced celery
- 1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- In a bowl, stir mayonnaise, milk and sugar until smooth. Add apples,
- celery and marshmallows. Just before serving, stir in peanuts.
- Yield: 10-12 servings.
