Golden Veggie Dip Recipe
Evelyn Hill of Marion Station, Maryland shares a snack that's sure to encourage kids to eat their vegetables. "This thick, mild-tasting dip is easy to prepare and has always been my favorite," she notes.
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup steak sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 73 calories, 7 g fat (4 g saturated fat), 21 mg cholesterol, 268 mg sodium, 2 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 1 g protein.
