Glazed Beef Tournedos Recipe

Glazed Beef Tournedos Recipe

I found this wonderful, quick recipe in a book years ago. It’s been a favorite for special occasions ever since! I like to serve it with twice-baked potatoes and a spinach salad. —Janet Singleton, Bellevue, Ohio

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade

"This steak was absolutley amazing! I will say it is better than steak at a sit down restruant! The glaze definitley makes it. It was just the right amount of sweetness and in my opinion made the steak even juicier. It is a must try!"
