Ginger Iced Tea Recipe
- 1 cup iced tea mix with lemon and sugar
- 4 cups water
- 2 liters ginger ale, chilled
- Ice cubes
- 1. In a pitcher, combine the iced tea mix and water; refrigerate until chilled. Just before serving, add ginger ale. Serve over ice. Yield: 3 quarts.

"I wanted to use "real tea" too instead of a mix. I used 5 large tea bags with the 4 cups of water and let my tea bags steep in the water for 20 min. Then I added one fresh sliced lemon and 6 tsps of Splenda, and of course the ginger ale. Could have even added only 4 t and let people add more Splenda or sugar if they wanted to. Ginger ale is really a nice touch."
