Ginger Apple Fizz Recipe
When Kimberly Wood needs a surefire thirst-quencher, she turns to this recipe. "This refreshing hot-weather drink is a nice change of pace. It's not as sweet as regular sodas," she notes from Caddo Mills, Texas.
TOTAL TIME: Prep/Total Time: 5 min. YIELD:2 servings
- 1/4 cup thawed apple juice concentrate
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cups chilled club soda
- Ice cubes
- 1. In a pitcher, combine apple juice concentrate and ginger. slowly stir in soda. Serve in chilled glasses over ice. Yield: 2 servings.
