Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup thawed apple juice concentrate
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cups chilled club soda
  • Ice cubes

Directions

  • 1. In a pitcher, combine apple juice concentrate and ginger. slowly stir in soda. Serve in chilled glasses over ice. Yield: 2 servings.
