Garlic Roasted Broccoli Recipe
- 2 bunches broccoli, cut into spears
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1. Place broccoli in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Combine the oil, garlic, salt and pepper; drizzle over broccoli and toss to coat.
- 2. Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 15-20 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Drizzle with vinegar. Yield: 8 servings.

"This is a good and easy twist on broccoli. I used slightly less oil but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. My husband loved it. The tang of the balsamic vinegar was a bit much for me; I will use less vinegar on my portion if I make this again. I love broccoli and felt the acidity masked the taste of the broccoli. My husband is not as fond of broccoli and so he loved the flavor. It's good either way but how good is a matter of taste."
