- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
- In a small bowl, beat all ingredients until blended. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 1/2 cup.
