Fruity chicken salad is one we make whenever we have all the ingredients. It's one we love and one we'll be making many more times, as it's so simple and tastes so good. It's a keeper and going in my recipe box.

I make a fruited chicken salad, too. Except I cut the chicken into bite sized pieces, add chopped celery, blueberries and chopped nuts (any type). Add a creamy dressing.

Then put into seeded cantalope halves. Top off with a perfect strawberry and you have a beautiful, low calorie lunch or dinner.
