Fruity Breakfast Beverage Recipe
This drink is a real winner. My husband had this recipe before we were married, and now it's one of our favorites. I especially like to serve this to guests because it's so pretty and tasty.
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 frozen banana, quartered
- 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen raspberries
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Yield: 3-4 servings (3-1/2 cups).
1 serving (1 cup) equals 135 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 1 mg sodium, 33 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 1 g protein.
