- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 frozen banana, quartered
- 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen raspberries
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Yield: 3-4 servings (3-1/2 cups).
