This drink is a real winner. My husband had this recipe before we were married, and now it's one of our favorites. I especially like to serve this to guests because it's so pretty and tasty.

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 frozen banana, quartered
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Nutritional Facts

1 cup: 135 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), 0mg cholesterol, 1mg sodium, 33g carbohydrate (27g sugars, 2g fiber), 1g protein


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Yield: 3-4 servings (3-1/2 cups).
