  • 3/4 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 small ripe banana, halved
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 7 to 10 ice cubes

1 cup: 97 calories, 0 fat (0 saturated fat), 1mg cholesterol, 33mg sodium, 22g carbohydrate (18g sugars, 2g fiber), 3g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1-1/2 fruit.


  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 3 servings.
