Fruit Juice Cooler Recipe
- 1-1/2 cups peach nectar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup grapefruit juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 can (12 ounces) carbonated water, chilled
- Ice cubes
- 1. In a 1-qt. pitcher, combine juices; chill. Just before serving, stir in carbonated water. Serve in chilled glasses over ice. Yield: 4 servings (about 1 quart).

"I recall preparing this beverage when it was featured in Taste of Home and instead of peach nectar, I'd used a Morning Blend Beverage. I'd also used orange juice and apple juice instead of grapefruit juice. I would say that this recipe rates a 5* review! Actually, I was the only one who drank this beverage!
