Fruit Juice Cooler Recipe

TOTAL TIME: Prep: 10 min. + chilling YIELD:4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups peach nectar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup grapefruit juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 can (12 ounces) carbonated water, chilled
  • Ice cubes

Directions

  • 1. In a 1-qt. pitcher, combine juices; chill. Just before serving, stir in carbonated water. Serve in chilled glasses over ice. Yield: 4 servings (about 1 quart).

"I recall preparing this beverage when it was featured in Taste of Home and instead of peach nectar, I'd used a Morning Blend Beverage. I'd also used orange juice and apple juice instead of grapefruit juice. I would say that this recipe rates a 5* review! Actually, I was the only one who drank this beverage! This is going back quite some time ago! delowenstein"

"I absolutely loved this. I made it for the first time today. This is a great drink for welcoming in spring! It is best chilled and even a little slushy."
