"I took this idea and created a chocolate chip cookie with vanilla frozen yogurt version. It's delicious. You really could use this idea for any combination you like with different cookies and different flavor fillings. I love the idea of pumpkin pie ice cream with ginger snap cookies!"

"These are really good. I could not find a "chocolate wafer" type of cookie at my store so I substituted chocolate graham crackers. I will be making these again. Simple and fast."
