This is a refreshing drink year-round, but it also is a festive beverage to serve around the holidays. It's a good alternative to sugared soft drinks, too. —Rita Swanson, Three Hills, Alberta

"Hey, toss out the sugar and ice--this is delicious without it! My favorite smoothie because it is the smoothest!"

"This has been a family favorite since my son brought the recipe home from school over 35 years. I also use this to make popsicles that the kids love."

"This was delicious and tasted just like the ones I got in the mall as a kid! Yum! I doubled the amount of ice, used the orange juice concentrate in its frozen state (not thawed), and I used fat free milk and 4 drops of stevia extract instead of sugar. These changes reduced the calories per cup to 105. Yummy-licious!"

"Try eliminating the milk and add powdered egg whites instead.( Don't worry they are pasturized) More protein and much more like the real thing."

"We loved this recipe. Not only was it easy, but it was delicious and reminded me of the orange juliuses I used to get at the mall as a child. I did add more ice than it suggested and a banana. Yummy. Next time I am going to add strawberries!"
