I joke this is the only way I can get my daughter Haley to eat her bacon and eggs. We have a great time together making these treats and munching on them, too.—Melanie Hayes, Libby, Montana

"This was a great way to celebrate reading with school age children! Replace the yellow candy for green and re-create the beloved children's author Dr. Seuss' story of Green Eggs and Ham. To help celebrate all things Dr Seuss, this is a quick treat that can be made with the kids. As a volunteer food editor with Taste of Home, I enjoy discovering great ideas to use with simple ingredients."
