Fresh Strawberry Smoothies Recipe
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1-1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1. Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.
1 cup (prepared with sugar substitute) equals 82 calories, 1 g fat (trace saturated fat), 2 mg cholesterol, 66 mg sodium, 16 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 3 g protein.
