French Salad Dressing Recipe
- 1-1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1. In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: about 3-1/3 cups.
2 tablespoons: 144 calories, 13g fat (2g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 155mg sodium, 9g carbohydrate (7g sugars, 0 fiber), 0 protein.
