Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Nutritional Facts

2 tablespoon: 144 calories, 13g fat (2g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 155mg sodium, 9g carbohydrate (7g sugars, 0 fiber), 0 protein.

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: about 3-1/3 cups.

"This dressing is absolutely delicious. I make my own salad dressings and have tried many recipes but this recipe is by far the best one I've ever tasted for French Salad Dressing. Easy to make - delicious!"
