French Peas Recipe
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 teaspoons water
- 2 medium fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 thin onion slices
- Pinch salt, optional
- 1. Melt butter in a small saucepan; add all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook until the peas are tender, stirring occasionally. Yield: 1 serving.
