Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 2 medium fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 2 thin onion slices
  • Pinch salt, optional

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan; add all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook until the peas are tender, stirring occasionally. Yield: 1 serving.
