Ingredients

  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 2/3 cup ketchup
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 small onion, quartered

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender container. Cover and blend at medium-high until well mixed. Chill before serving. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator. Yield: 24 servings.

"Really good dressing! Next time I will use half the vinegar (a little too tangy) and we didn't add the onion. It was so nice to find a homemade dressing recipe my husband liked!"
