- 2-1/2 cups frozen corn
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- In a large saucepan, bring the corn and water to a boil. Reduce heat;
- cover and simmer for 4-6 minutes or until corn is tender. Drain; add
- butter and seasonings. Stir until butter is melted. Yield: 4
