This Is A Jericalla In Guadalajara. It's FABULOUS!
This is the first time I've ever made or eaten flan. It was good and easy. However, the brown sugar sauce tasted like plain brown sugar. Most recipes call or white sugar which is browned in a saucepan. I'm going to try one of those to compare.
Is there a difference in canned (evaporated) milk and regular milk?
