Fire-Roasted Salsa Recipe
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) fire-roasted diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1. In a food processor, combine the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, sugar and salt. Cover and process until desired consistency. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
