"This was amazing....I served it with tortellini-yum! Also used 1 can of tomatoes and a few fresh tomatoes out of the lingering garden(sometimes it pays to live in CA)"
"Great taste...easy to make!"
"My husband and I both thought this recipe was delicious. I omitted the wine and parsley and ended up serving it with some farfalle pasta and green beans. Delicious! I did think it needed pasta or something to soak up the liquid, but the combination of flavors was great and every bite just exploded. Will definitely make this again. (But will NOT use peel yourself shrimp!)"
"I love this recipe. My only change was I spooned the tomato and shrimp mixture into 2 small personal casserole dishes, piled the feta on top and stuck them under the broiler until the feta softened and browned a bit. Served with Greek salad, crusty bread, white wine and Greek music playing softly in the background. Perfect for date night with hubby!"
"I adore, adore, ADORE this recipe. The sweetness of the shrimp counter-balancing with the sharp, salty flavor of the cheese to create a perfect bite. Will use this often."
"Just great. Made over the 4th of July weekend. I eliminated 1 can of the diced tomatoes for 6oz of sweet chili sauce. Wow!"
"I made this with tomatoes with chili and topped with fresh chopped parsley & feta and served over angel hair. Soooo delicious and easy to make!!!! Like a one-skillet dish."
"Super easy and fast!! So delicious! Served mine over a little brown rice but could totally go without the rice would be superb with some crusty bread to soak up the yummy juice."
"Very easy & yummy!"
"This was a great recipe. I don't like parsley, so I used fresh basil. I served it over spaghetti squash. In the summer I will try this with fresh tomatoes from the garden. Using fresh ingredients makes dishes even better."
"Fabulous! I'm in queue for bariatric surgery, and by omitting the wine and cutting down a bit on the feta, (which I wouldn't do normally!) this is a perfect meal for me!"
"Really easy to make and burst with flavors from the feta cheese. Use a lil extra next time."
"My husband and I are doing Weight Watchers and this was a great addition to our menu..He gave it a 10 . Fresh cooked food is so much better than prepackaged and this was so easy. GREAT RECIPE ."
"This was fantastic...made exactly to recipe including wine and served on top of spinach fettuccine. Personally thought this was restaurant quality"
"Absolutely delicious!! Shared the recipe with my daughter and my best friend. Will make many times, as my husband enjoyed it as much as I did!!"
"Fabulous! Quick and easy to make and lots of flavor. I have had to start a gluten free diet, so I served this with gluten free pasta and it was excellent. This is definitely a keeper."
"I made this to exact specs and served on top of ziti. The sauce was delicious, the feta makes it. Would be good with chicken or zucchini for the vegetarian. The sauce did tend to overpower the flavor of the shrimp. Would make again."
"WOW! This was easy and delicious. My hubby wanted it over pasta, but it would be great without , too!"
"This is a quick dish to make considering the varied ingredients and spices. I had a lot of parmesan cheese on hand, so I used that instead of the feta. It was quite good. I do think it needed a bit more salt. Very good."
"I'm a heathen, so I just substituted beer for the wine, but this was an excellent dish! Very quick and easy to prepare! I also used pre-cooked shrimp, so I followed the total cooking time but only added the shrimp during the last minute and heated them through. The tang of the feta really makes this recipe! Unique and clever! And delicious!"
"We love this recipe!"
"This was a super easy recipe, quick and delicious. My husband love it."
"This is a delicious recipe. It's easy and quick to prepare. Instead of oregano, DH used Italian Seasonings and vermouth instead of white wine. He used 2 cans of Zesty diced tomatoes. I made rice with a seafood stock that I made using the shrimp shells, some mire poix, and vermouth. This definitely a keeper recipe. Thank you, Sonali for submitting this."
"This was absolutely fabulous, my husband raved about it! The feta adds a fantastic flavor ... definitely a keeper and so easy!!"
"Fantastic! Easy to make, yet bold flavors and to top it off, very healthy! Served it over brown rice. Yum!!"
"This is fantastic. Next time I will serve it over angel hair or similar--it's like a very rich stew. Delicious!!"
"This ihas become one of my all-time favorite recipes. I use sherry instead of wine and add asparagus and/or (1 C orzo+1 3/4 C water) to make it heartier sometimes."
"Excellent dish! Wonderful flavors and will definitely make again."
"Husband and I really liked it. Making it again tonight. Healthy and delicious."
"LOVE this recipe! So fast and easy and delicious! I used less onion and less black pepper, but otherwise it's perfect as is!"
"Delicious and healthy! I've made it for my mother-in-law and she loved it."
"This is really amazing. I used fire-roasted tomatoes and added steamed asparagus for a more complete meal. Served with garlic bread. YUM!"
