Ingredients

  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • SAUCE:
  • 1 cup honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • OPTIONAL ADDITIONS:
  • Fresh basil leaves

"This was fun to make and so much better than buying something frozen from Walmart. What a nice change on the sauce from the standard bbq type. The guests loved them and we ate the leftovers the next day! Yummy!"
