Favorite Skillet Lasagna Recipe
- 1/2 pound Italian turkey sausage links, casings removed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 jar (14 ounces) spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups uncooked whole wheat egg noodles

- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Reviews for Favorite Skillet Lasagna
"This was delicious. My 17 month old loved it so much, she covered herself in it!"
"Lite, flavorful, and filling. Made it to recipe except the zucchini went bad so I had to use a red bell pepper. Husband, 2yr old and 18 yr kiddos loved it. Added a side of Normandy veggies and tasted awesome. Saving this in the "go to" pile of recipes."
"I hate giving bad reviews, but I made this last week exactly as the recipe suggests, as I always try to do on the first crack, and found it terribly boring. The cheese was the only thing that made it somewhat flavorful. I will try it again, but will add a lot of different things to make it have some zip."
"easy to make and it taste like a classic lasagna but takes less time to make!"
"My kids enjoyed this and I like the added nutrition! Added fresh garlic and spices!"
"Very yummy! I added extra spices - garlic powder, dried basil, oregano, salt & pepper but it depends on the spaghetti sauce you use. I also added some chopped mushrooms that I needed to use up. I might add more noodles next time, but will definitely make again!!"
"Was only ok."
"Even with 24g carbs, I can, and will, enjoy this. Yum! What even makes it better ~ a person with diabetes can enjoy without guilt!!"
"To my palate, this is every bit as good as lasagna, but half the work. I still make more traditional lasagna, because it goes further, but this satisfies that hankering when you just don't have time to satisfy it "properly.""
"Great 1 skillet recipe!"
"My husband & my very picky nephew loved it! For an 8 year old to ask for the recipe, it must be good! ;-)"
"Awesome and super fast!!"
"We made this last night... it was great!! My husband and I really enjoyed it. We has spinach on hand so we added that in the meal. It was a hit... we look forward to making this again!"
"Sorry to have to disagree w/ everybody. This recipe was awful. I ended up throwing everything out. I think the problem was the "uncooked" noodles. If I were to make this ever again, I would cook my noodles. The noodles never cooked properly, tasting gummy. Maybe it was the brand of noodles. I don't know. Usually I have great success with the Taste of Home recipes. This one, not quite."
"This is a great recipe. My husband always gets nervous when he asks what's for supper and I say I'm trying something new. He really liked this one. Very easy and tasty. The BEST part is that with this "lasagna", I don't have to eat it all week. The leftovers (not many) were even better. Thanks for sharing."
"I made this for dinner last night after receiving it from the "recipe of the day" email. I never make lasanga because it is so time consuming. This was fantastic! I will definitely be making this again and again!"
"I used ground turkey instead of sausage and it was delicious. I also grated the zucchini to make it a little less noticable to my 7 year old.Definitely going to make this again!"
"Used turkey pepperoni in place of the sausage. Was a hit with the fam."
"My husband and I loved this dish! I loved the dollops of ricotta throughout the dish. I'll be making it again!"
"easy to make, and tasted great!"
"Great comfort food recipe! I love the little cheese dollups! This was very easy to make; it also reheats well the next day."
"This was really good!"
"I used spaghtetti squash with this one and johnsville mild italian sausage we loved it and will make again for sure."
