Reviews for Easy Seasoned Potato Wedges
"A good oven fry recipe, although it is a little more work than just tossing the wedges with oil. Cutting the potato halves in thirds is a good suggestion because if you try to cut them in more pieces than that they dry out in the oven over 50-60 minutes time."
"Do you use real mayonnaise or can you use something like Miracle Whip?"
"REALLY GOOD; easy"
"To spread the mayonnaise quickly, I put the mayonnaise in a bowl and stirred the potatoes in the bowl to cover them with mayonnaise. Prep time 2 minutes. Delicious!"
