Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Place the asparagus on an ungreased baking sheet. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; turn to coat. Bake at 425° for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Yield: 4 servings.

The asparagus turned out tasty and tender! After removing it from the over, I drizzled some melted butter on top and added a dash of garlic salt. My whole family, including the kids, thought this recipe was delicious.

Too easy! :) This was just what I was looking for - a simple & quick roasted asparagus recipe. I added my own preferred seasonings (Mixed-Up Salt, pepper, some onion powder, a little garlic powder) & it was perfect.

I cut the asparagus into 1" pieces, seasoned with seasoned salt and lemon pepper and cooked at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Turned out very good.
