Easy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Eggland's Best Egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a large bowl, cream peanut butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Shape level tablespoonfuls into balls. Place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets; flatten with a fork. Bake at 350° for 16-18 minutes or until set. Cool for 5 minutes; remove to wire racks. Yield: about 2 dozen.

These are very good-love the no flour! Added chocolate chips. Like that it only makes about 2 dozen. The cook time was too long-only took about 12 minutes.
Take a backseat on this one!! Give the kids the bowl, spoon and cookie sheet! This is a simple, classic peanut butter cookie. It never disapoints. This versitile recipe can be easily varied by adding chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips. We have made these into balls and simple added a chocolate kiss or mimi peanut butter cup to the top after baking. These cookies are not only a wonderful cookie but your house will smell wonderful!

Added semi sweet chocolate chips and everyone loved them.
Leave out the vanilla, it's good that way! And yes - NO flour!
