This is a good basic recipe. I took it to another level with super chunky peanut butter and Biscoff's european cookie spread. I doubled the recipe and used 1 1/4 cup super chunky peanut butter and 3/4 cup Biscoff spread. It is divine!

These are very good-love the no flour! Added chocolate chips. Like that it only makes about 2 dozen. The cook time was too long-only took about 12 minutes.

Take a backseat on this one!! Give the kids the bowl, spoon and cookie sheet! This is a simple, classic peanut butter cookie. It never disapoints. This versitile recipe can be easily varied by adding chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips. We have made these into balls and simple added a chocolate kiss or mimi peanut butter cup to the top after baking. These cookies are not only a wonderful cookie but your house will smell wonderful!
