- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
- In a large bowl, cream peanut butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Shape level tablespoonfuls into balls. Place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets; flatten with a fork. Bake at 350° for 16-18 minutes or until set. Cool for 5 minutes; remove to wire racks. Yield: about 2 dozen.

"This is a good basic recipe. I took it to another level with super chunky peanut butter and Biscoff's european cookie spread. I doubled the recipe and used 1 1/4 cup super chunky peanut butter and 3/4 cup Biscoff spread. It is divine!"
