Easy Peanut Butter Balls Recipe
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 to 5 cups cornflakes
- 1. In a large saucepan, bring the corn syrup and sugar to a boil. Add the peanut butter. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla and cornflakes.
- 2. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Store in an airtight container. Yield: about 6-1/2 dozen, 39 servings, 2 per serving.

"It really is that easy! Just a few ingredients and you will have a ton of treats in no time. I have substituted cheerios a few times- not as crisp as the cornflakes but still very good. I, too, on occasion simply spread into a 9x13. Just be certain not to compact the flakes too tightly or it will be difficult to cut."
