Easy Parmesan Asparagus Recipe
- 10 medium fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1. Brush asparagus spears with oil; place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 6 minutes; turn asparagus. Bake 6 minutes longer or until asparagus is tender.
- 2. Combine Parmesan cheese and garlic salt; sprinkle over asparagus. Yield: 2 servings.

"This was SOOOO good and SOOOO simple!! I will definitely be making this again. One minor tweak is that I have to make sure to cook mine in the oven a little less than it stated because my asparagus was just a tad dried out. But that's not a big deal at all!"
