  • 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons: 70 calories, 7g fat (4g saturated fat), 24mg cholesterol, 19mg sodium, 2g carbohydrate (2g sugars, 0 fiber), 1g protein.


  1. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sour cream and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Add whipping cream. Beat on medium speed until combined; beat on high speed until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 3-1/4 cups.

"I followed the recipe. I found that after adding the whipping cream, I could not get it to form stiff peaks. It tastes okay, but it was a little too soft to serve with scones so I will discard this recipe from my collection."
